Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.
Can I use non-RV appliances?
Yes, you can, for a fee. There is a $40 monthly charge for each large appliance, such as window units, outdoor refrigerators, etc.
Is there a 10-Year-Old Age Limit for RVs?
We understand that most of our neighbors are here for work, and what better way to save money than by purchasing a used, fully functional RV—provided it is well-maintained both visually and mechanically.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in begins at 2 PM, and check-out is by 12 PM to allow thorough site preparation.
Can I have guest over?
Yes, of course, as long as you take full responsibility and respect the neighbors.
What type of water is used?
We source our water for the RV park from our private well.
What amenities are included with each RV site?
Each site offers full water, sewer, and electricity hookups for your convenience.
Are amenities included in the payment?
Yes, the payment covers electricity, water, sewage, and trash services.
What amenities are available?
Apart from water, sewer, trash, and electricity hookups, there are no additional services available at this time. We are a new, small family-owned business focused on growth. Currently, we are developing Fiber Ethernet services, a dog park, and a barbecue area.
Is the park suitable for long-term stays?
Yes, we welcome guests for both short visits and extended stays, perfect for work or leisure.
Are pets allowed at Three Rivers RV Park?
Absolutely, we are a pet-friendly park with ample space for your furry friends.
How close is the park to nearby attractions?
We are just minutes from Choke Canyon State Park and the Valero refinery, offering easy access to outdoor activities and work sites.
